The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and collaborating closely with the&nbsp;<strong>R&amp;D Manager<\/strong>&nbsp;to align production with new product development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage and supervise day-to-day production operations in accordance with pharmaceutical standards and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure production goals are met in terms of quality, safety, efficiency, and timelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate directly with the\u00a0<strong>R&amp;D Manager<\/strong>\u00a0to support scale-up processes and the transfer of new products from development to production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Organize, select, and oversee the implementation of mechanical and production equipment<\/strong>\u00a0to optimize manufacturing efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement and monitor production KPIs, identifying areas for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead, coach, and motivate the production team to achieve performance and compliance targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and internal quality systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum\u00a0<strong>5 years of experience in production management<\/strong>\u00a0within the\u00a0<strong>pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience working with R&amp;D teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in selecting and managing production equipment is highly desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English (written and spoken).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The company provides:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitive gross salary of\u00a0<strong>\u20ac3,000\/month<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private health insurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative pharmaceutical environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional growth and career development opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking an experienced&nbsp;Production Manager&nbsp;with a proven background in the&nbsp;pharmaceutical industry.
