The company is seeking an experienced and results-driven <strong>Sales Manager<\/strong> to lead its sales team across Greece. The role is based in <strong>Thessaloniki<\/strong>, with <strong>nationwide responsibility<\/strong>, and involves <strong>direct management of key strategic accounts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with business goals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead, coach, and evaluate a national team of sales representatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personally manage and grow <strong>key strategic accounts<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and analyze sales performance (KPIs: revenue, profitability, factory targets)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the Marketing department on product positioning and campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support participation in public and private sector tenders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare reports and insights for executive management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and professional meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize training sessions and ensure sales team readiness on new products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Engineering or a relevant field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 1\u20132 years of experience in a Sales Manager role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in the medical device sector is <strong>preferred<\/strong> but not mandatory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to manage large accounts and client relationships directly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong command of English (written and verbal)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to travel within Greece<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>National responsibility \u2013 The Sales Manager and their team operate across Greece<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Based in <strong>Thessaloniki<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gross monthly salary: <strong>\u20ac2,500<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance-based bonus scheme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dynamic, growth-oriented work environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Career development opportunities within a growing organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Strategic Partners is conducting a search on behalf of a leading company in the medical equipment industry.
