{"id":2315,"date":"2025-06-24T21:18:25","date_gmt":"2025-06-24T21:18:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/strategicpartners.gr\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=2315"},"modified":"2025-07-06T21:42:58","modified_gmt":"2025-07-06T21:42:58","slug":"quality-assurance-manager-athens","status":"expired","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/strategicpartners.gr\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&p=2315","title":{"rendered":"Quality Assurance Manager \/ Athens"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strategic Partners<\/strong>, on behalf of a dynamic and fast-growing pharmaceutical company based in Athens, is seeking to recruit a highly skilled\u00a0<strong>Quality Assurance Manager<\/strong>\u00a0to lead and oversee quality operations and ensure regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems and processes in alignment with\u00a0<strong>GMP<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>GDP<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>ICH<\/strong>\u00a0standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and coordinate daily operations of the QA department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in task execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safeguard product quality across the entire lifecycle\u2014from R&amp;D to manufacturing and final product release.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and conduct internal audits, and actively support external inspections and third-party assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as\u00a0<strong>Qualified Person (QP)<\/strong>\u00a0for batch release, ensuring alignment with approved product specifications and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in the investigation of quality deviations and incidents, and support effective CAPA implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain quality performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and approve all GMP-relevant documents such as deviations, CAPAs, SOPs, validation protocols, and change controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory Affairs, Production, Supply Chain) to uphold compliance and meet quality targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Candidate Profile &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of\u00a0<strong>5 years of experience in Quality Assurance<\/strong>\u00a0within the pharmaceutical sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least\u00a0<strong>2 years in a leadership or supervisory role<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/strong>\u00a0in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering; a Master\u2019s in Quality Management or a related field is considered a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid knowledge of GMP, GDP, and ICH guidelines and practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience as a\u00a0<strong>Qualified Person (QP)<\/strong>\u00a0is highly desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience in audits and quality systems management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in both\u00a0<strong>Greek and English<\/strong>\u00a0(spoken and written).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient user of\u00a0<strong>Microsoft Office<\/strong>\u00a0and familiar with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Company Offers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gross monthly salary: \u20ac4,000<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Private health insurance plan<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meal vouchers (food allowance)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A structured, collaborative environment with clear professional development prospects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Strategic Partners, on behalf of a dynamic and fast-growing pharmaceutical company based in Athens, is seeking to recruit a highly skilled\u00a0Quality Assurance Manager\u00a0to lead and oversee quality operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
