This role requires a proactive professional who is comfortable working in a highly regulated and fast-evolving environment such as the pharmaceutical industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions in Greece (recruitment, employee lifecycle, performance management, labor law compliance, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shape and execute local HR strategies in line with both global policies and national business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with senior leadership to identify talent needs and lead recruitment strategies accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop training, learning, and talent development programs tailored to a scientific and highly specialized workforce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure HR operations adhere to local employment legislation and industry-specific compliance standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR and organizational matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze HR data and provide insights that support informed decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>University degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
