This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth and overseeing commercial operations across the company&#8217;s portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>There is flexibility for the role to be based in a Balkan country that best serves the selected candidate, provided it aligns with the strategic needs of the organization.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth in key markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and manage business development and sales teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee market analysis, competitive landscape, and identify new business opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and new product offerings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure alignment between commercial goals and the overall company strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role, preferably within the financial services industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong business acumen and expertise in market expansion and revenue generation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a multinational and multicultural environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English; knowledge of a regional language is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
