Sales Engineer – Medical Devices Sector

Strategic Partners, on behalf of its client – a leading company in the medical devices sector – is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join their expanding team, based in Athens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell a portfolio of advanced medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Visit doctors during the operating hours of their medical practices to present solutions and build trust-based relationships.
  • Provide technical product presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
  • Develop and manage a client base within the assigned territory.
  • Cooperate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, or other relevant technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel within S. Greece.
  • Driving license (Category B).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Gross monthly salary: €1,600
  • Annual performance-based bonus: up to €15,000
