Strategic Partners, on behalf of its client, a well-established Pharmaceutical Company based in Athens, is seeking an R&D Analyst to join the Analytical R&D team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct raw material testing and laboratory analyses.
- Review analytical results and perform relevant calculations.
- Submit analytical results and documentation to the Analytical R&D Senior Scientist for review.
- Gather and evaluate all necessary scientific and regulatory documentation (DMF, Pharmacopoeia methods, drug composition data, scientific bibliography) for proper project scheduling.
- Draft method validation protocols and submit them for review.
- Prepare method validation reports and submit them for review.
- Prepare Laboratory Investigation Reports in cases of OOS/OOT analytical results.
- Draft and document analytical methods and submit them for review and approval.
- Perform weekly instrument checks (where applicable).
- Conduct daily monitoring and calibration of laboratory equipment (where applicable).
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of laboratory areas and instruments.
- Assist in the training of laboratory personnel, where required.
- Handle ordering and receipt of laboratory-related materials.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Previous experience in an analytical or pharmaceutical laboratory environment will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with GMP requirements and pharmacopoeial methods.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a structured and regulated environment.
- Good command of the English language.
