Strategic Partners is currently seeking a Production & Utilities Engineer on behalf of a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic production environment and will play a key role in supporting and monitoring both the manufacturing processes of pharmaceutical products and the operation of critical utilities systems, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support and monitor the production processes of pharmaceutical products
- Ensure the proper operation and optimal performance of manufacturing equipment
- Monitor, operate, and support utilities systems (e.g. HVAC, water systems, compressed air, steam)
- Ensure full compliance of all production and utilities activities with GMP requirements
- Prepare, review, and maintain production- and utilities-related documentation and technical reports
- Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production and utilities areas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field)
- 2–5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing environment
- Experience with utilities systems (HVAC, purified water, WFI, compressed air, steam) will be considered a strong asset
- Solid knowledge of GMP principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
