HR Manager / Thessaloniki

Strategic Partners, on behalf of a client – a dynamic and fast-growing company in the premium services sector – is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join their team in Thessaloniki. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and values.
  • Collaborate with management to anticipate staffing needs and lead effective talent acquisition efforts.
  • Design and implement training and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement.
  • Ensure full compliance with Greek labor laws and internal policies.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance on people-related matters.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decision making.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR management or generalist roles.
  • Solid understanding of Greek labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in the services sector is highly desirable.
