Strategic Partners, on behalf of a client – a dynamic and fast-growing company in the premium services sector – is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join their team in Thessaloniki. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and values.
- Collaborate with management to anticipate staffing needs and lead effective talent acquisition efforts.
- Design and implement training and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with Greek labor laws and internal policies.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance on people-related matters.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decision making.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR management or generalist roles.
- Solid understanding of Greek labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in the services sector is highly desirable.
