The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, maintaining productivity targets, and leading a team of operators to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of targets
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Very good command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office
