Strategic Partners, on behalf of its client – a leading company in the medical devices sector – is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join their expanding team, based in Athens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a portfolio of advanced medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
- Visit doctors during the operating hours of their medical practices to present solutions and build trust-based relationships.
- Provide technical product presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
- Develop and manage a client base within the assigned territory.
- Cooperate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, or other relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel within S. Greece.
- Driving license (Category B).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Gross monthly salary: €1,600
- Annual performance-based bonus: up to €15,000
