Strategic Partners is conducting a search on behalf of a leading company in the medical equipment industry. The company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead its sales team across Greece. The role is based in Thessaloniki, with nationwide responsibility, and involves direct management of key strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with business goals
- Lead, coach, and evaluate a national team of sales representatives
- Personally manage and grow key strategic accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence
- Monitor and analyze sales performance (KPIs: revenue, profitability, factory targets)
- Collaborate with the Marketing department on product positioning and campaigns
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and reporting
- Support participation in public and private sector tenders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Prepare reports and insights for executive management
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and professional meetings
- Organize training sessions and ensure sales team readiness on new products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a relevant field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Manager role
- Experience in the medical device sector is preferred but not mandatory
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and client relationships directly
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools
- Willingness to travel within Greece
