On behalf of a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join its Greek headquarters in Athens. Role Overview

The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the company’s local operations while aligning HR initiatives with the broader strategic goals of the global group. This role requires a proactive professional who is comfortable working in a highly regulated and fast-evolving environment such as the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions in Greece (recruitment, employee lifecycle, performance management, labor law compliance, etc.).
  • Shape and execute local HR strategies in line with both global policies and national business needs.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify talent needs and lead recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Develop training, learning, and talent development programs tailored to a scientific and highly specialized workforce.
  • Ensure HR operations adhere to local employment legislation and industry-specific compliance standards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR and organizational matters.
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights that support informed decision-making.

Candidate Profile

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualification will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or regulated sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Greek employment law and proven ability to apply it in practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in high-demand environments.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is required.
  • Previous exposure to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector will be highly valued.
