Strategic Partners is partnering with a multinational financial organization to find an experienced Commercial Director. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth and overseeing commercial operations across the company’s portfolio.
There is flexibility for the role to be based in a Balkan country that best serves the selected candidate, provided it aligns with the strategic needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth in key markets.
- Lead and manage business development and sales teams.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee market analysis, competitive landscape, and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and new product offerings.
- Ensure alignment between commercial goals and the overall company strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong business acumen and expertise in market expansion and revenue generation.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of a regional language is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
