Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Accountant located in Athens. The Senior Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, and budgeting. They will also be responsible for managing audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
- Expertise in Account Reconciliation, General Ledger Management, and Audit Preparation
- Proficiency in Accounting Software, ERP Systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to ensure Compliance with Accounting Standards and Regulations
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven experience in a senior accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
